Refunds policy
My creations should stand on their own and speak for themselves. So, I am committed to a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If ever you purchase something from me and don't feel I provided the value promised to you, I will issue a full refund. As this store is new, I am still learning how to process refund requests, so please notify me at NeatOnTheRocksBiz@gmail.com and I will help you personally.
Due to the nature of membership billings and membership rewards, I'm afraid I cannot offer refunds on memberships at this time.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
